  • Handful of fresh parsley (20 g)
  • 4 green onions (40 g)
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (60 ml)
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice (30 ml)
  • 2 garlic cloves (6 g)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
